Ms Arabadjieva joined the Manager in September 2017 and served as Head of Investor Relations and subsequently as COO and Head of Investor Relations from September till October 2025, when she was promoted to Chief Capital Markets and Investor Relations Officer (CCO) – SERT.
As CCO, Ms. Arabadjieva oversees SERT’s capital markets strategy, including the planning and execution of equity and debt fundraising activities. In her capacity as Investor Relations Officer, she oversees investor and stakeholder engagement, marketing and communications efforts and ESG and stakeholderfacing sustainability reporting. She is also accountable for continuous disclosure and ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent communications with the market.
Ms Arabadjieva has more than 25 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, sustainability, marketing, sales and communications across real estate, tourism and hospitality in Asia. Prior to joining the Manager, Ms Arabadjieva was the Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications of ESR-REIT. Prior to ESR-REIT, Ms Arabadjieva was the Director of Investor Relations of Genting Singapore PLC (a S$11 billion market cap gaming and hospitality company, constituent of Straits Times index).
Ms Arabadjieva holds a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (Bulgaria) and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD. Ms Arabadjieva represents the Manager at SGListCos and sits on the SGListCo Council.
