Mr Baudin has more than 25 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, and international finance, with a strong focus on advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals and investing in high-growth companies globally.
Mr Baudin began his career in 1999 and spent nearly two decades in private banking, including roles at BCV Private Banking and Dreyfus Sons & Co. Ltd. At BCV, he led a team and managed Swiss-based client portfolios, before joining Dreyfus Sons & Co. Ltd where he served as First Vice-President from 2008 to 2017. At Dreyfus Sons & Co. Ltd, he managed approximately CHF 1.5 billion for Swiss and foreign UHNW and HNW clients. In 2012, Mr Baudin founded NP Consulting LLC, a consulting and investment boutique specialising in real estate, international finance, and global start-up investments. He further expanded his entrepreneurial activities in 2017 with the founding of Artemis Gestion SA, an independent family office and wealth management firm advising wealthy families on all aspects of their financial affairs, including relocation and asset management advisory.
Since 2018, Mr Baudin has held several board positions in listed and private companies across Europe and Asia, including Varia US Properties, Varia Europe Properties, Karzo Pte. Ltd., and UangCermat International Pte. Ltd. He also serves as Chairman of Qashier Pte. Ltd., a leading regional fintech company based in Singapore.
In addition to his board responsibilities, Mr Baudin is an active global investor, mentor, and advisor. He has invested and mentored more than 70 start-ups across Switzerland, Asia, the United States, and Africa, primarily in fintech, agtech, and deeptech sectors, and serves as an advisory board member and advisor to Cocoon Capital in Singapore.
Mr. Baudin holds a master degree in sciences from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland and an MBA from Babson College, USA.
